- Exterior material
- 18mm moisture-resistant MDF, prepared and painted to order.
- Interior finish
- Oak-effect decorative interior for a warm, durable contrast.
- Doors and drawers
- Soft-close hardware throughout, with design-specific framed door or drawer fronts.
- Back and services
- Service access is incorporated according to the product configuration. Refer to the model-specific drawing before first fix.
- Assembly
- Furniture is supplied assembled unless otherwise agreed for access reasons.
Worktop
- Material
- 12mm white solid-surface worktop with a satin finish.
- Splashback
- 150mm high, 12mm thick matching solid surface with rounded top corners.
- Overhang
- 15mm to the front, left and right as standard.
- Basin preparation
- Prepared for the selected Daniel Roe basin configuration. Top-only orders can be supplied for trade partners fitting their own compatible basin.
- Tap drilling
- Confirmed during order configuration. Wall-mounted taps remain the installer's responsibility.

- Selected models from 1100–2000mm in defined increments.

- 500mm cabinet depth, plus the specified worktop overhang.

- Model-specific. Overall installed height depends on the selected basin and final floor level.

- 410mm wide × 340mm deep × 135mm high. Waste opening Ø45mm.
- Rectangular
- 460mm wide × 325mm deep × 140mm high. Waste opening Ø47mm.

- 415mm diameter × 135mm high. Waste opening Ø45mm.

- 395mm wide × 395mm deep × 135mm high. Waste opening Ø45mm.
- Technical drawings
- Full-size basin drawings are available in the approved trade account Technical library. Confirm the final basin selection before manufacture.
Finish and care
- Paint finish
- Professionally sprayed, durable low-sheen water-based finish from the curated colour palette.
- Fitting finishes
- Handled models are offered with Chrome, Brushed Brass, Dark Brushed Brass or Black Edison handles. Handleless models use the compatible Gola-profile and tap finishes shown in the configurator.
- Cleaning
- Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid abrasive products, bleach and persistent standing water.
- Colour samples
- Available to approved trade accounts for live projects and showroom display planning.
Delivery and collection
- Lead time
- The current production lead time is approximately 4 weeks from cleared payment and confirmation of the complete specification. The estimated delivery week is shown in the partner's account and kept under review.
- Packaging
- Assembled furniture is carefully protected for specialist furniture transport.
- Launch service
- One-person assisted delivery is £90 excluding VAT (£108 including VAT) for the first vanity, plus £50 excluding VAT (£60 including VAT) for each additional vanity in the same order.
- Delivery area
- The standard launch rate applies in England. Wales and eligible mainland Scotland carry one additional £20 excluding VAT (£24 including VAT) regional charge per order. The Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland require an individual delivery quotation before the order is placed.
- Assistance
- A capable adult must be available to help the driver unload and carry the vanity. Installation, unpacking and packaging removal are not included.
- Site access
- The trade partner must confirm suitable vehicle and carrying access, disclose restrictions in advance and provide a safe, dry place to receive the furniture.
- Free collection
- Collection is available by confirmed appointment from Belwood & Roe, 38 Dewsbury Road, Ossett, WF5 9NQ. We will help load the furniture; the customer must bring a suitable vehicle and equipment to secure it safely.
- Collection time
- When the order is ready, the trade partner should request a preferred collection date and time. Collection is only available once that appointment has been confirmed by Daniel Roe.
- Order scheduling
- Approved partners can review each confirmed specification and its automatically allocated delivery or collection week from their trade account.
- Inspection
- Packaging and goods should be checked promptly on receipt, with any transit concerns reported using the supplied process.

Yes. A top-and-handle-only or undrilled option can be made available on compatible models, allowing your team to fit a project-specific handle.
The standard offer uses the 12mm white solid-surface top. Approved partners can order compatible cabinetry without the standard top where the project requires another surface.
Yes, where the design and basin arrangement make the requested size practical. Custom sizes carry an additional cost and are subject to an individual written quotation; contact the studio before placing a standard website order.
Confirmed basin drawings are available now in My Account → Technical library for approved trade accounts. Model-specific cabinetry CAD and installation documents are being prepared; additional project information can be requested where necessary.
Yes. Showroom display opportunities are discussed individually, taking your location, client base and proposed display into account.
